Growing up in a motel on Clearwater Beach, Gary has learned how to communicate with people and be able judge whether or not they are good tenants. We find the prospective tenant, check their credit report and references. We will call you when we get a prospective tenant and discuss them with you, make our recommendation, and let you make the final decision.
All of our bookkeeping is done here in this office. If you have a question about your statement, all you need to do is call and talk to the bookkeeper who is also a real estate associate and can answer real estate questions. We will send you a statement each month with your check and a 1099 at the end of the year. If we have any repair bills, you will get a copy of that with your monthly statement.
We have handymen that can handle a lot of the repair work and cost a lot less than journeyman. We use journeymen on projects that need a permit in order to protect us all. We try to make owning a rental house as easy as possible for our owners. We do the work and worrying about collecting a check so that you can worry about more important things in your busy life.
